Tax Associate — Tax (M&A & Cross-Border)

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national tax practice with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on advising on tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and cross-border transactions for corporate clients.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team handling concurrent matters and will work closely with deal teams and clients on structuring and tax due diligence. Positions are open in several U.S. offices; remote/relocation arrangements depend on office needs.

• 2–6 years of tax experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international transactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent matters and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• LLM in Tax preferred but not required
