We are seeking a motivated tax associate with 2–6 years of experience to join a dynamic tax practice. The role involves advising clients on a combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions, working closely alongside colleagues across multiple practice areas.

The ideal candidate brings a high level of initiative, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong client-relations skills, with experience managing several concurrent ongoing matters. Academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is expected; an LLM is preferred but not required.
