A highly regarded law firm seeks a talented entry-level associate to join its Tax practice in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2026 or 2027 J.D. or LLM graduate to work on complex transactional tax matters as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.

The Tax group works closely with the firm's corporate practice and advises clients on a broad range of transactional tax issues, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs, and joint ventures; private equity transactions and fund formation; real estate transactions, real estate fund formation, and REITs; venture capital transactions and fund formation; and financing and capital markets transactions.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively in teams, assume increasing responsibility for components of transactions, and develop the ability to manage assignments independently.

J.D. or LLM candidate graduating in 2026 or 2027
Demonstrated interest in tax law and transactional practice
Coursework, internships, clerkships, or other experience involving tax, corporate, or transactional matters is preferred but not required
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage assignments independently
