Senior tax partner opportunity in Atlanta with a national practice seeking an experienced leader to grow and lead tax work across corporate and transactional matters. The role involves originating and managing high-value client engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with other practice groups.

The position is client-facing and business-development focused: you will advise sophisticated domestic and international clients on complex tax issues, manage a team of tax professionals, and help shape practice strategy and market positioning.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience advising on corporate and transactional tax matters at partner level
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
• Qualified attorney admitted in relevant U.S. jurisdiction; advanced tax credentials (LLM, CPA) a plus
