Experienced tax partner sought to lead and grow a busy tax practice in the Denver office of a well-established national law firm. The role will combine client advisory, tax structuring for corporate and real estate matters, and controversy work as needed.

The partner will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with other practice areas on cross-border and transactional matters, and take a lead role in business development and client relationship management.
