Opportunity for a senior tax partner to join a busy, nationally integrated law firm’s Denver tax team. The role will focus on leading tax advice and structuring work for corporate and high-net-worth clients across federal and state tax matters.

The successful candidate will split time between client relationship development, originating new mandates, and supervising associates on complex tax engagements. This is a visible role with significant business-development expectations.

• Proven partner-level tax practice with experience advising corporate and high-net-worth clients
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships; strong business-development skills
• Deep technical knowledge of federal and state tax law and tax structuring
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
