Tax Partner — Salt Lake City

Leading law firm seeks a Tax Partner to join its Salt Lake City office and build a visible, market-facing practice. The role involves advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex federal, state and transactional tax matters, supervising associates, and collaborating with other practice groups.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow client relationships, win new work, and contribute to practice development while delivering high-quality technical advice on a range of tax issues. This is a partner-level role with firm-wide collaboration and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level tax practice with significant experience in corporate and transactional tax matters
• Proven business development track record and ability to originate new client work
• Experience leading teams, mentoring associates, and managing client relationships
• Active bar admission and strong professional reputation in the market
