Senior tax partner opportunity to join and grow a busy tax practice in San Francisco. The role will focus on high-value transactional tax work, tax planning for corporate and private equity clients, and tax controversy matters.

The team advises sophisticated domestic and cross-border clients; the successful candidate will have a visible market presence, lead engagements, and mentor junior tax lawyers.

• Established partner-level tax experience in transactional, planning, and controversy matters
• Proven client-development and team leadership capabilities
