A leading law firm is seeking a junior corporate associate to join its Technology group in Boston. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters for technology companies, alongside a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

The successful candidate will represent technology companies in a variety of transactions, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to develop a sophisticated corporate practice within a collegial, cross-disciplinary environment.

Class of 2025 law school graduate or equivalent junior associate
Experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters
Specific experience with venture financings, M&A, and/or private and public offerings
Ability to work in teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet required
