Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney — Costa Mesa

Seeking an associate to join a busy toxic tort and environmental litigation team in Costa Mesa. The role involves handling all phases of litigation — case management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials — on matters spanning state, federal, and administrative forums.

The team represents a diverse client base including corporations, municipalities, site operators, and insurers. Candidates should be collaborative, have strong research and writing skills, and be interested in developing a substantive toxic tort/environmental practice.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, preferably including toxic tort and environmental matters
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Proven research and writing skills and courtroom experience (hearings, depositions, trials/arbitrations)
