A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice in the San Francisco, CA office. The role involves all phases of toxic tort, habitability, and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

The firm represents a diverse range of clients—from individuals and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, and insurance carriers—in state, federal, and administrative proceedings, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. The practice also serves as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability matters, including asbestos cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least five to fifteen years of experience in toxic tort, habitability, and environmental litigation. Admission to the California Bar is required. While experience in toxic tort, habitability, and environmental law is preferred, the firm is also interested in talented litigators with substantive experience in any litigation arena who have a demonstrated interest in these areas.

5–15 years of experience in toxic tort, habitability, and environmental litigation
Experience with case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Strong research and writing skills
Admission to the California Bar
