A leading law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Trademark & Copyright team, focusing on prosecution and brand management. The role involves high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance, developing global filing and enforcement programs, and managing large international trademark portfolios.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients. The position is open to multiple office locations across the United States, offering flexibility.

Candidates should be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.

At least 2 years of significant brand management experience, including trademark clearance, global filing and enforcement, and portfolio management

Experience with TTAB proceedings is a plus
