The successful candidate will draft sophisticated estate planning documents, design advanced gift and charitable giving strategies, and support trustees and executors through administration and fiduciary counseling. The team collaborates across tax and private client specialists to deliver tailored planning that reflects current federal and state tax rules.
- Juris Doctor and active license to practice in Georgia.
- Approximately 5–7 years’ experience in trusts, estates, and wealth-transfer planning.
- Strong working knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax regimes.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills; ability to manage complex matters independently and work collaboratively.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a client-focused approach.
