Trusts & Estates Attorney — Private Client Practice, Boca Raton

A nationally recognized Private Client, Trusts & Estates practice is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial attorney with at least six years of experience to join its growing South Florida team. The role offers a rare opportunity for a self-starter to work alongside a senior shareholder in a well-established practice while participating in a long-term succession-planning process and growing toward a leadership position.

The Boca Raton office operates in close coordination with more than 30 private client attorneys across the country under a highly collaborative, team-based model built to handle complex planning matters efficiently. Attorneys, paralegals, practice assistants, and practice management professionals work through established workflows and technology-driven processes to manage hundreds of active matters consistently and effectively.

• Minimum six years of trusts and estates experience
• Florida Bar admission in good standing
• Significant experience with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques
• Strong understanding of federal transfer tax planning, fiduciary income taxation, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex matters and drive projects to completion
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology-enabled processes, CRM, and practice management systems
• Experience mentoring junior professionals and contributing to team development
