Senior associate-level attorney to join an established affordable and public housing practice in New York. The team advises on development, financing, regulatory compliance, and policy matters affecting affordable housing projects and investments.

The role involves counseling developers, owners and lenders on preservation and new development transactions, navigating federal and state housing programs, and working with multidisciplinary teams to anticipate and resolve regulatory issues.

• Active admission to the New York bar (or eligibility to become admitted)
• Experience advising on affordable or public housing matters, including development, financing, preservation or regulatory compliance
• Strong transactional and drafting skills; comfortable negotiating documents and coordinating with lenders, government agencies, and community stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, policy-influenced matters and manage client relationships
