Antitrust Associate Washington, D.C.

Seeking a 2 - 4 year antitrust associate to join a busy Antitrust & Competition team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will involve DOJ/FTC investigations, civil and class-action antitrust litigation, counseling, and merger review and clearance work on M&A matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience in antitrust investigations or litigation and familiarity with HSR filings and merger clearance processes; prior DOJ/FTC experience is strongly preferred. The team works collaboratively across offices and balances in-person collaboration with flexibility.

• 2 - 4 years post-qualification experience in antitrust at a law firm or government agency
• Experience with DOJ/FTC investigations, antitrust litigation, and/or merger clearance/HSR matters (DOJ/FTC experience preferred)
• Active membership in the Washington, D.C. bar
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail
