A full-service Am Law 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its Asbestos and Toxic Tort Practices in its Miami office. The role involves defending manufacturers, distributors, contractors, premises owners, and companies across industries such as shipbuilding, energy, education, and construction in state and federal courts nationwide.

The practice has handled toxic tort defense and chemical exposure litigation for decades, spanning early landmark cases through today's multidistrict and mass tort proceedings. Attorneys serve in national coordinating, regional, and local counsel capacities, combining trial experience with scientific sophistication and industry knowledge.

Three to fifteen years of experience in asbestos and/or toxic tort (chemical exposure) litigation
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Admission to the Florida Bar
