A growing Commercial Litigation group is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join its Miami office. The role offers meaningful responsibility in sophisticated commercial disputes, working closely with partners and clients across a broad range of matters.

The associate will handle a diverse docket spanning franchise disputes, intellectual property matters, real estate litigation, and general commercial litigation. The ideal candidate brings strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, and is comfortable managing multiple aspects of litigation while engaging directly with clients.

This is a collaborative, motivated team that values substantive case responsibility and professional development. The associate will also have opportunities to contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including client pitches and presentations.

2–5 years of litigation experience, with prior law firm experience required
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Comfortable managing multiple aspects of litigation and interacting with clients
Bilingual capabilities a plus, but not required
Law school transcript required with application
