Associate Attorney, White Collar & Investigations

Midlevel associate opportunity in a national litigation and investigations practice. You will work on white collar defense, regulatory inquiries, and related complex civil and criminal matters across multiple US offices.

This role is open in the firm’s West Coast offices (Seattle, Phoenix, San Diego). The team handles client-facing investigations, litigation strategy, and regulatory response work in coordination with cross-practice groups.

• 2-4 years post-qualification experience in white collar defense, investigations, or complex regulatory/criminal litigation
• Strong academic record; law review or journal experience preferred
• Federal court or state supreme court clerkship strongly preferred
• Excellent writing, research, and courtroom/agency-preparation skills
