Seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a national law firm's Phoenix litigation team supporting Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation clients. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, with opportunities in arbitration and administrative proceedings.

Day-to-day work includes factual investigation and discovery, drafting pleadings and motion practice, taking depositions, participating in mediations, and regular client communication. The team values collaborative, service-oriented lawyers who can manage multiple matters and articulate strategic positions.

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience preferred

Second-chair trial or arbitration experience preferred but not required
Strong judgment, written and oral advocacy, and ability to manage competing priorities
