Litigation Associate, Commercial Litigation — Phoenix

Mid- to senior-level associate role on a commercial litigation team in Phoenix handling complex, high-value matters. • 4–7 years' litigation experience (PQE)
• Admission to practice in Arizona
• Proven briefing, legal research and writing ability
• Experience taking and defending depositions and trial preparation (outlines, exhibits, witness prep)
• Case management experience: discovery, document review/production, and working with experts
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working on cross-office teams
• Law review/journal or clerkship preferred; strong academic record
