An established UK practice is seeking an Associate to join its growing Built Environment team in Birmingham. The role involves advising public, private and third-sector clients on a broad range of property development, regeneration and disposal matters.

You will work on development agreements, promotion and option arrangements, joint ventures and related land transactions, supporting senior lawyers on complex projects while handling your own caseload. The team is client-facing and active in business development, with opportunities for professional progression and mentoring.

Qualified solicitor with solid experience in property development, regeneration or built environment work.
Strong drafting, negotiating and technical property skills; able to give clear, commercially focused advice.
Experience working with public-sector clients, housing providers or developers desirable.
Proven ability on project work, effective communicator and collaborative team player.
Comfortable participating in business development and client-facing activity, including occasional secondments.
