Associate, Business (West Palm Beach)

Growing business law team in the West Palm Beach office is seeking a collaborative corporate associate to support a broad corporate transactional practice. The role will handle portions of complex transactions and day-to-day corporate matters across entity formation and governance, M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and private placements.

• 3+ years of corporate transactional experience (post-qualification)
• Substantive experience with M&A, entity formation/governance, joint ventures and private placements
• Strong academic background and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work both independently and collaboratively, and provide business-oriented legal advice
