Real Estate Transactions Associate — West Palm Beach

Seeking a mid-level real estate transactions attorney for a busy South Florida office. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters including purchases and sales, joint-venture negotiations, general commercial contracts and real estate lending work on either borrower or lender-side.

This is an immediate need for a candidate able to manage deals, lead diligence, and produce clear, client-ready drafting and communications. The team values organized, detail-oriented lawyers with strong writing and interpersonal skills and a track record of handling commercial real estate transactions.

• 3-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with one or more of: purchase & sale, joint-venture negotiation, commercial contracts, or real estate lending
• Proven ability to manage deals and lead diligence reviews
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail
