Associate, Capital Markets — Dubai

Join a global capital markets team in Dubai advising on public and private securities offerings, listings and related regulatory matters. The group regularly handles IPOs, bond offerings and other capital-raising transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

The role is for an associate with exposure to cross-border capital markets work, working with syndicates, issuers and investors on structuring, documentation and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with senior deal teams and a centralized capital-markets support function to deliver timely, technically strong advice.

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification capital markets / securities experience
• Practical experience on IPOs, bond or other debt and equity offerings
• Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfortable with cross-border matters and regulatory review
• Excellent commercial judgement and ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment
