Mid-Level Associate — Capital Solutions & Special Situations (New York)

A top-tier New York law office is hiring a mid-level associate to join its Capital Solutions and Special Situations Practice. The role sits at the intersection of a market-leading Debt Finance practice and a premier Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, offering a collaborative, multidisciplinary platform.

The associate will work on liability management transactions, secured and unsecured debt financing, special situations, distressed M&A, and debt restructuring. Representative matters include exchange and consent offers, backstop arrangements, rights offerings, and exit financings.

• 3–5 years of experience in liability management transactions, secured and unsecured debt financing, special situations, distressed M&A, and/or debt restructuring

• Admitted to practice in New York
