A leading international law firm is seeking a motivated Associate to join its highly ranked Catastrophic Injury team. This is a hybrid, full-time permanent role open across multiple UK offices, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.

You will work directly under a highly regarded Partner and Senior Associate, handling and assisting with a variety of complex motor, employers' and public liability (EL/PL), and sport-related concussion claims. Some matters are sensitive and have attracted national media attention. The role spans both pre-litigation and litigated files.

The team is top-ranked in the major legal directories and has relationships with most of the major insurers. It is known for an innovative, modern approach to catastrophic injury work, including cross-border quantum investigations via international offices and an in-house R&D capability with an award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

2+ years' PQE as a UK-qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified, with relevant experience (guideline only; candidates with more or less experience are welcome to apply)
Litigation experience, ideally in catastrophic injury defence work
Experience of negotiation
Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
