Join a large, full‑service real estate team advising on the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development and planning, finance and asset management. The team serves a mix of corporate and private‑wealth clients and combines transactional capability with dispute resolution and regulatory insight.

This role will involve drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence, preparing client reports and certificates, and supporting deal execution across a varied matter load. The team uses proptech and cross‑departmental expertise to deliver practical, commercial solutions and to work efficiently.

There is strong emphasis on client care, timely matter progression, billing and professional development. Candidates should expect to contribute to relationship building and business development activity as part of their role.

0–1 years' PQE in real estate or related practice from a reputable law firm
Strong academic record and excellent drafting, writing and attention to detail
Experience or interest in acquisitions/disposals, lease negotiations and due diligence
Excellent organisational skills; able to manage workload independently and as part of a team
Commercial mindset, client‑care focus and willingness to engage in business development
Resilient, adaptable and professional communication skills at all levels
