Join a busy commercial real estate team in Ottawa working on high‑value transactions, complex acquisitions and mixed‑use development and infrastructure projects. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary group advising public and private clients across financing, leasing, dispositions and construction matters.

This role offers client-facing responsibility, mentorship from senior real estate practitioners and opportunities to lead parts of transactions while developing technical skills in real estate finance and development matters.

Minimum 3 years' post‑call experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Proven experience with financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, mixed‑use development, infrastructure projects and construction contracts.
Strong drafting, analytical and oral communication skills; collaborative team player.
Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset.
