A leading global law firm is seeking an exceptional corporate associate to join its Greater China Corporate team, working on high-profile, cross-border initial public offerings and listings. The practice provides clients with multijurisdictional advice and deep technical expertise, ensuring compliance with fast-evolving regulatory practices. The team sits at the forefront of regulation and maintains ongoing dialogue with regulatory bodies.

The role is open across the firm's Greater China offices on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will work on complex public and private market transactions alongside a globally integrated team, with genuine opportunities for professional growth and development in a high-performance, inclusive environment.

At least three years of post-qualifying experience as a corporate Equity Capital Markets lawyer
Prior experience in initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A, including HK IPO work
Excellent academic record, strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a drive to deliver work promptly and to challenging goals
