We are seeking an exceptional corporate associate with equity capital markets experience to join our Greater China corporate team, working on high-profile and cross-border initial public offerings and listings. The role involves multijurisdictional advice and technical expertise to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory practices, and the team is at the forefront of regulation and practice, in constant dialogue with regulatory bodies.

The position is open across multiple offices in Greater China, including Beijing, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. The firm is a leading global law firm with a strong presence in the world’s largest markets and a commitment to investing in the growth and development of its people.

At least 4 years' experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer, with US side experience.
Previous experience in initial public offerings, listings, and public company M&A.
Excellent academic record and strong communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) required.
Driven to deliver work promptly, sets challenging goals, and resilient in achieving them.
