Join a multidisciplinary Corporate/M&A team focused on energy and infrastructure transactions and project development. The team advises German and international investors and energy companies on deal work and projects across net infrastructure, heat, hydrogen, battery storage and renewables, working closely with other specialist groups in the firm.

This role offers early client contact and active involvement in transactions and developments. You will receive structured onboarding, mentoring from senior colleagues, and opportunities for secondments and flexible working arrangements.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent; junior and early-career associates encouraged to apply
Interest in energy markets, infrastructure and transactional work; some M&A or project experience desirable
Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Team player with commercial awareness and ability to take responsibility on matters
