Senior associate role in a global debt finance team handling cross-border and domestic bank and structured financings. The team acts for borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions on syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancing, direct lending and structured transactions.

The successful candidate will manage deals from diligence through closing, draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, coordinate multi-office teams, and act as a primary point of contact for counterparties. The role includes mentoring junior lawyers and participating in client-facing and internal training initiatives.

Minimum 4 years of debt finance transactional experience (syndicated lending, leveraged/acquisition finance, direct lending or structured finance)
Strong drafting and negotiating skills for loan and security documentation
Proven ability to manage deal teams and complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
Commercial judgment, project management skills and client service orientation
Experience mentoring or training junior lawyers
Bar admission in good standing and fluency in English
