Join a global finance team advising on a broad range of debt transactions, including leveraged and cross-border financings, syndicated and bilateral facilities, refinancings and structured financings. The role involves drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, supporting due diligence and coordinating with lenders, sponsors and external advisers to keep transactions on track.

This is a hands-on associate role within a busy Debt Finance practice offering exposure to large-scale banking matters and clear career progression. The team values commercial judgment, strong client service and the ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions.

Admission to practice in Australia
2-4 years PQE in banking/debt finance
Experience with leveraged acquisitions, syndicated and bilateral financings (secured and unsecured)
Strong academic record, analytical skills and commercial awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management and ability to work under pressure
Team player with good judgment and client-service focus
