Associate, Debt Finance (Private Credit) — New York

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a debt finance team focused on private credit and direct lending work in New York. The role involves counsel on creditor-side financings, direct lending, and related workouts and restructurings for a range of borrowers and lenders.

The team handles a mix of transactions including asset-backed financings and junior capital/mezzanine structures; candidates should be able to manage complex deals and coordinate across teams.

Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York and demonstrate strong academic and professional credentials.

• 4–6 years' relevant experience in private credit, direct lending or finance transactions
• Experience on creditor-side financings, restructurings and workouts
• Admission to the New York bar
• Ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively across teams
• Experience with asset-backed financings or junior capital/mezzanine financings is a plus
