Mid-Level Associate, Debt Finance (Private Credit) — New York

A leading international law firm is seeking to hire a mid-level associate for its Debt Finance, Private Credit Practice in the New York office.

The role focuses on private credit and finance matters, including direct lending and creditor-side transactions, as well as restructurings and workouts. Experience in asset-backed financings or junior capital and mezzanine financing is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex transactions and will work within a collaborative, high-caliber team.

• 4–6 years of experience in private credit or finance matters
• Experience with direct lending and creditor-side transactions
• Exposure to restructurings and workouts
• Asset-backed financings or junior capital/mezzanine financing experience is a plus
• Ability to manage complex transactions
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
