A mid-level associate role on a dedicated digital infrastructure and cloud practice team based in Miami. The team advises on data center, cloud, telecommunications and subsea cable transactions for operators, service providers, investors and lenders across cross-border matters.

Day-to-day work includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, data center leases and development contracts, service level agreements, loan documents and joint venture/operating agreements. The role offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure transactions and responsibility for substantive drafting and deal management.

3–5 years' relevant transactional experience in digital infrastructure, cloud, telecom or related technology deals
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase/sale agreements, leases, SLAs, financing documents and JV/operating agreements
Strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills; ability to lead deal elements
Excellent academic record and written communication skills
Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
