An opportunity has arisen to join a successful and rapidly growing Education team within a highly regarded national law firm. The team advises a wide range of educational institutions — including schools, further education colleges and universities — on regulatory, compliance and commercial matters across a national client base.

Working closely with senior lawyers, you will take on significant client responsibility early, gaining exposure to a broad mix of contentious and advisory work in a supportive team environment. The Education team collaborates closely with the firm's Employment practice to deliver a comprehensive service to sector clients.

The firm offers a flexible, inclusive culture and is happy to discuss individual working arrangements. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) based in one of several national offices, with travel to clients and other locations as required.

Qualified Solicitor, ideally NQ to 3 years' PQE (all routes to qualification considered)
Demonstrable experience supporting an education team or education-sector clients
Ability to manage a caseload and provide sound commercial advice
Transactional support experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to clients and other offices; flexibility to work outside normal hours when required
