Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate – Chicago

An Am Law 20 firm is seeking an associate to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in Chicago. The role involves advising on executive compensation and employee benefit matters in the context of M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity deals.

The position also involves public-company executive compensation and general executive compensation work. The firm offers a collaborative environment and a comprehensive compensation package, including bonus eligibility and a benefits program.

• 3+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefit matters
• Experience in M&A deals, particularly private equity
