Associate, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation — Chicago

Top-tier international law firm Chicago office is seeking an associate to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefit matters across M&A transactions (including private equity) and public-company work.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of transactional and advisory matters for corporate clients and collaborate with cross-practice deal teams. The team offers market-competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits program.

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits work, particularly in the context of M&A (private equity experience a plus)
• Experience advising on public-company executive compensation matters
• Strong drafting and transactional advisory skills
• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar
