The role offers exposure to complex tribunal and High Court litigation (including discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims), multi-jurisdictional TUPE and restructure work, and regular advisory work for large corporate and public‑sector employers. There are opportunities to supervise junior staff and contribute to business development and internal training.

Minimum 3+ years PQE in employment law.
Proven experience on Employment Tribunal and other contentious employment matters (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract).
Experience advising multinational or large commercial clients preferred.
Strong commercial judgment, confident communicator and team player with business development interest.
