Associate, Employment & Labor — Cincinnati

Growing Employment & Labor team in Cincinnati seeks a collaborative associate to support a full-service management-side practice. The role offers exposure to traditional labor relations, occupational safety and health (OSHA) matters, and employment litigation.

Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years of relevant experience and an interest in wage-and-hour collective actions and classic employment claims. The team values strong research, drafting, analytical and oral advocacy skills and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

• 1–4 years post-qualification experience in employment/labor law
• Experience or interest in management-side labor relations and collective bargaining matters
• Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety issues
• Experience with wage-and-hour collective or individual actions a plus
• Excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills; strong academic/professional credentials
