Associate — Employment & Labor

Mid-level associate role in a national employment & labor practice supporting clients across the United States, with primary team presence in Bay Area offices. The position combines day-to-day employment counseling, regulatory guidance, and employment litigation support.

Significant involvement in employment aspects of M&A transactions is expected. The team seeks candidates who can manage client relationships, draft clear written advice, and handle litigation matters when needed.

• 2–5 years post-qualification experience in employment and labor law
• Experience in both employment counseling and employment-related litigation
• Exposure to employment issues in M&A transactions
• Strong writing, communication and client-service skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; excellent academic credentials
