Top-tier national firm is seeking an associate to join its Employment & Labor practice in multiple U.S. offices, with primary hiring focus in the Bay Area. The role blends day-to-day employment counseling, litigation work, and employment-related support on corporate transactions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience across workplace litigation, wage-and-hour and discrimination matters, and advisory counseling for employers. The team handles a mix of counseling, investigations, litigation and transactional employment issues for sophisticated clients.

2-5 years post-qualification experience in employment and labor law
Experience in employment counseling and employment litigation, including wage & hour and discrimination matters
Experience supporting employment aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; high academic achievement from an accredited law school
Active bar admission or ability to become admitted where required; authorized to work in the U.S.
