We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a dynamic Employment and Labor practice group in the Bay Area. This role offers a mix of hands-on employment counseling and litigation work, with significant client interaction.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment law, including day-to-day counseling of clients on a wide range of employment issues, as well as providing employment support on M&A transactions. 2–5 years of employment law experience, with training and interest in both counseling and litigation
Experience or strong interest in employment counseling and M&A transaction support

Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
