Apply in confidence →Growing Energy & Infrastructure Finance team at a leading international law firm seeks an associate to join its US practice. The role is open in multiple US offices and focuses on debt financings for energy transition, renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Work will cover a range of project finance and structured finance matters, including construction and term financings, syndicated and leveraged transactions, tax equity and other credit structures. The team represents lenders, sponsors and developers on complex financing transactions.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant transactional experience, with a priority for project finance
- Experience representing lenders, sponsors and/or developers on project or infrastructure financings
- Familiarity with construction and term financing, tax equity and other structured finance arrangements
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-relations skills; ability to manage transaction workflows and supervise junior associates
- Top academic credentials and admission (or eligibility) in the jurisdiction of the chosen office
