Associate, Environmental Litigation — Cincinnati

Growing Environmental practice in Cincinnati is seeking a team-oriented Associate to handle litigation matters. The role focuses on courtroom and case-preparation work within a busy environmental litigation group.

The successful candidate will work on drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, assist with client and opposing counsel communications, and participate in depositions and court appearances. Strong research, persuasive writing, analytical ability, and clear communication are essential.

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with environmental matters
• Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
