Mid-senior associate role in a busy employment practice, focused on both counseling and litigation for employer clients. The team handles a full range of workplace matters including discrimination, wage & hour, terminations, leaves, investigations, classification, and executive employment issues.

The role will involve day-to-day counseling of employers (including early- and mid-stage companies), drafting and reviewing agreements and policies, conducting workplace investigations, and managing single-plaintiff and complex employment litigation. Strong knowledge of New York state and local employment laws and a business-minded approach to client service are essential.

  • 5+ years of employment law experience (litigation and counseling)
  • Proven litigation skills, including handling single-plaintiff and complex matters
  • Experience advising employers on wage & hour, terminations, leaves, investigations, classification, and employment agreements/policies
  • Strong command of New York state and local employment laws
  • Top academic credentials and active NY bar membership
