- J.D. and admission-eligible or admitted in the relevant jurisdiction; law school class years 2020 023
- Prior debt/leveraged finance experience at a peer law firm
- Private equity acquisition finance experience helpful
- Experience on oil & gas or energy-related financings preferred
- Comfort representing borrower-side clients
