Associate, M&A (Corporate) — Houston

Growing corporate team seeks associates to work on public and private M&A, acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate transactions. The role offers substantial client contact and responsibility on deal execution and general corporate matters.

Successful candidates will take ownership of transaction documentation and deal management, work independently on matters, and help develop client relationships. This is a good opportunity for entrepreneurial associates who want significant exposure to transactional work and business development.

• Law school class years 2021–2024
• Significant experience on M&A transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments)
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and experience managing deals
• Comfortable with direct client contact, high responsibility and working autonomously
