Associate — Private Equity, Houston

Top-tier law firm seeking associates (law school class years 2021–2023) to join a busy Private Equity team in the Houston office. The role centers on advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures and related corporate matters.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating due diligence and managing deals from inception through closing. The team is looking for driven, business‑oriented candidates who exercise sound judgment and can take on significant responsibility with a high degree of autonomy.

• Law school class years 2021–2023
• Solid foundation in corporate law and market transaction terms
