Associate — Funds & Asset Management, New York

Opportunity for an associate to join a global funds and asset management team in New York advising fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the formation and lifecycle of a broad range of products (closed‑ and open‑ended funds, evergreen platforms, continuation vehicles, managed accounts and co‑investment arrangements).

Work covers multiple asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate, and spans primary fundraising, secondary transactions, GP‑led restructurings and fund reorganizations. The role involves close coordination with tax and regulatory teams across jurisdictions.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school
• Admission to the New York bar required
• Demonstrated strong academic record and interest in funds/asset management
• Prior experience at a peer law firm; preferred class years 2017–2022
• Team player with entrepreneurial mindset; submit resume and law school transcript(s)
