Join a Financial Services Regulation and Funds team advising on the establishment, structuring and regulatory aspects of collective investment vehicles across hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity, hybrid funds and other private investment structures. The role supports both traditional and digital-asset focused investment managers, family offices and HNW clients, and new manager startups.

The position involves managing a varied caseload, drafting and using precedents appropriately, providing clear commercial legal advice, and supporting business development and knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the group.

Qualified lawyer with an interest in investment funds; previous funds experience advantageous but not essential
Good understanding of financial services law and regulation and attention to technical detail
Strong drafting, communication and client-facing skills; commercially minded and business development oriented
Ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently, work collaboratively in a team and exercise sound judgment
