Top-tier global finance team seeks an associate to join its New York office to work on private credit and asset-backed financings, with a focus on warehouse lending. The role will support and lead transactions for borrower and lender clients across consumer loan and mortgage financings, loan portfolio acquisitions, and financings involving SPV issuers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating flow purchase agreements, loan and security agreements, servicing agreements, governing documents for issuers, and preparing related legal opinions. The team handles complex structured financings and requires someone comfortable managing document drafting and transaction execution.

Minimum ~3 years' experience on asset-based/asset-backed lending or warehouse financing matters.
Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders on consumer loan, mortgage or loan-portfolio financings; familiarity with private-fund interests a plus.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills (purchase agreements, loan/security docs, servicing agreements, SPV docs, legal opinions).
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar.
